NUMINA

Healing Arts
Where the sacred becomes felt.
The name
Numina
Divine presences. Sacred powers. The felt movement of the unseen within the living world.

Numina speaks to a way of encountering healing that is less about force and more about relationship: relationship with spirit, body, earth, prayer, intuition, and the mystery that moves through all of them.

The work is held with humility. I offer presence, hands, prayer, listening, and ritual. The deeper current belongs to the Divine.

Ways of working

My Practice

Sessions may draw from intuitive energy work, prayer, shamanic practice, ceremonial support, grounding, spiritual reflection, and nature-based symbolism.

01

Traditional Shamanic Healing

These distance healings are profoundly strong, with the ability to remove negative energies and traumas buried deep within the body. Sacred plants and gifts from Mother Earth are used to strengthen the soul’s connection to all levels of being—the physical, the spiritual, and Divine Source.

02

Ceremony & Retreats

Sacred ceremonies and retreats will be offered in the future, as guided by Spirit.

03

Intuitive Guidance

Reflective feedback from Spirit is provided after each healing session. This includes the information, images, intentions, and other messages I receive during your healing that God would like passed on to you directly, as well as general guidance on how best to care for your vessel after receiving a healing.

A threefold path

Rooted. Guided. Received.

III

Received

Healing as grace, mystery, and gift rather than possession.

Animal allies

The Guardians of the Path

Four animal guides bring a quiet symbolic circle around my work: their presence creates connection to earth and sky, protection and transformation, intuition and vision.

The practitioner

In service to the sacred.

Like many, I have felt and seen the world differently my entire life. It took me a long time to understand that there was, in fact, nothing wrong with me. Looking back, I can see many instances where I was being guided toward energy work. As a child, I was shown that one could “grab pain from the body and throw it out the window,” sort of Reiki style, but with no reasoning behind it—just a story someone had witnessed. I was consistently complimented on being an attentive listener to adults, who, I later realized, were drawn to my empathic energy and were essentially trauma dumping onto me. (I say this not with resentment, but with compassion for both my younger self and the others who clearly needed some help.) I remember “seeing” things, feeling and tasting color, and sensing the emotions—especially the heavy ones—of those around me. Often depleted and defeated, I believed that my ability to move and read energy (which, of course, I did not yet understand was what was happening) was a lack of discipline or an inherent tendency toward failure. Why couldn’t I just be normal?

Slowly, I began to reclaim myself in my late twenties, ironically when I started having children. My mama-bear conviction activated my intuition for what was right for me and my family in a whole new way. For the first time, I was putting my own needs and my young family’s needs before those of the people around me.

I knew the choices we made for our family were hard for others to comprehend, but they were absolutely right for us—still hard, but right. Shortly after diving deep into herbal medicine and homeopathy, we discovered the benefits of craniosacral therapy and energetic chiropractic. Baby steps into the world of energy.

While working with a healing mentor, I heard the phrase “everything is energy” so many times that I could never forget it. I was shown how to prioritize my own energy and to “feed others” only from the saucer of my overflowing cup. In short: energetic sovereignty and hygiene.

This healer discovered a dark presence in my energy field—one that she didn’t have the capacity to heal—so she sent me to a Shamanic healer for a clearing. This changed everything for me. Since that clearing, my family and I have received multiple Shamanic healings, we have had a clearing done in every home we have moved into, and I have received guidance. Then, finally, I received the call from Spirit to study this particular modality so that I could help others as a healer. Having completed the first three levels of Shamanic Healer Training, I now have my own practice in North Carolina and also offer sessions remotely.
